Service/overhaul and DTH throttle bodies to be fitted along with Emerald ECU @ RATRACE Motorsport, Potters Bar

To do:

Fit Jenvey DTH 42mm throttle bodies

Supply and fit suitable panel filter (to fit under bonnet – no cut out)

Suitable ECU and mapping Rev limit to be reduced: 7,000rpm – 7,200 rpm.

Remote thermostat  / coolant re-route as per attached Low Flying article: https://caterhamsuperlight106.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/k-series-coolant-system-mod-avoides-air-locks.pdf  I will go with what Rob at RatRace recommends.

Supply and fit new cam belt tensioner and pulleys and belt.

Catch can

 

All original parts to be retained.

Service including:

Sump foam

Gear box oil and

Rear diff oil

Lubricate propshaft

Service hubs

Nut and bolt check

Anything else which needs doing.  Watch this space….
