Nitrons came from Ratrace set at:

Fronts +10 from full soft

Rears +13 from full soft

Advised to harden the rear (steps of +2) to counter any understeer.

Track setttings:

Fronts -8 from full hard

Rears -6 from full hard

Tyres Avon ZZS 185/50/13 set at 18 psi all round.

Wheel nuts torqued to 59 ft/lbs / 74 nms

Trackday insurance included in my annual policy with A-Plan Thatcham.

A really enjoyable day with good driving standards and great weather.

The 7 ran faultessly apart from a slight knock from the rear which I identified as worn nylon washers where the A frame joins the de dion axle.

At the end of the day I swapped the tyres from front to rear to even up the wear as I noted that the rears are wearing slightly quicker than the fronts

Update:  MSV advised me incorrectly that my 14 year old son could attend Bedford as a passenger.  Have now booked Brands Hatch (Indy) on Tuesday 16th October.
