The upgraded (Radtec) radiator and 11″ spal fan are to be fitted next.
Speaking to Rob he has identified that a (less than Ideal), low temperature thermostat (74 degree) had been installed and a high temperature fan switch. He will fit a more suitable thermostat (82 degree) and fan switch.
